This foldable and collapsible tub for adults allows you to access the many benefits of cold water immersion from the comfort of your own home or on the go. With a quick and easy assembly, you can set up your freestanding tub in minutes. The Icy Tub comes with a cover lid to keep the water clean when not in use, hand pump for the inflatable armrest/support ring and an easy flow drainage tap. Once assembled, fill up the tub around 70% full (to prevent overflowing), add 10-20lbs of ice, or 4-8 bags (amounts can vary based on your comfort level, experience and previous water temperature), submerge yourself for however long you can tolerate – the recommend time is 3-8 minutes and come out feeling like a new energized self. We recommend changing the water in the tub every 3-5 days/sessions. To keep the water clean for longer periods of time, you can add 1lbs of salt to the tub. This will keep the water sanitized for up to 2-3 weeks.
